Congratulations Mina on being awarded as one of the best 2020 HR Professionals!
Mina joined Heartland in October 2012 when our employment numbers were approximately 50% of the current totals. Despite the substantial growth in employee volume and the ongoing challenge of increased regulatory compliance in Human Resources, Mina is still our only HR resource and she continues to function very effectively.
In addition to her HR duties, Mina is a valued member of our leadership team and supports Heartland operations in many ways beyond HR management. While other organizations struggle with quality control in HR whether it is managed internally or outsourced, Heartland Cardiology benefits greatly from Mina’s ongoing dedication and comprehensive HR skills.
