Heartland Welcomes New Physician–Zaher Fanari, M.D.

Heartland Cardiology is proud to announce the addition of a new physician, Zaher Fanari, M.D., F.A.C.C., F.S.C.A.I, F.A.B.V.M. Dr. Fanari comes to Heartland from Springfield, IL.  He is the Director of Structural Heart Disease at Wesley Medical Center and Interventional Cardiology/Endovascular Specialist at Heartland Cardiology.  He is Board-Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases, Interventional Cardiology, Cardiac CT, Nuclear Cardiology, Vascular Medicine and Endovascular Medicine. Heartland Cardiology is proud to announce the addition of a new physician, Venkata S. Boppana, M.D., F.A.C.C., R.P.V.I. Dr. Boppana comes to Heartland from St. Louis, MO.  He is an interventional cardiologist, board-certified in Cardiac Diseases, Echocardiography and Vascular Interpretation.  He received his medical degree from Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences, India, completed his residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY, and did his interventional cardiology fellowship at St. Louis University, St. Louis, MO. Heartland Cardiology 4th Annual Food Drive

In a week long race, Heartland Cardiology staff banned together to bring in 1,510 non-perishable items for The Kansas Food Bank!!!  With the holidays just around the corner, we know all too well how very important it is to help those in need. Diana Hill Celebrates 30 years with Heartland Cardiology

June 10, 2016, Heartland Cardiology Physicians and Staff celebrated Diana Hill’s 30 years of excellence.  Diana began working for Dr. Roger Bond who then co-founded Heartland Cardiology in 1994.  Diana is a Medical Assistant and she helps most of the doctors with clinic including going to several outreaches.  Heartland Cardiology is very proud to have Diana who is not only dependable and hard working but a pleasure to be around and loved by all the staff. Heartland Cardiology Staff Raises $1,652 To Benefit Wichita Heart Walk

On June 2nd Heartland Cardiology Staff participated in a Sloppy Joe Feed/Raffle fundraiser to benefit the Wichita Heart Walk.  The employees bought sloppy joe lunch for $5, as well as raffle tickets for various prizes contributed by Heartland Cardiology. Ultimately we were able to raise $1,077 that day, bringing our grand total to $1652.28, surpassing our $1500 goal! June 18th is the Wichita Heart Walk and it starts at 9:00 am at the WSU Campus, come one, come all!!

Heartland Cardiology Bake Sale to Benefit the Wichita Heart Walk On May 6th, Heartland Cardiology employees banned together to help raise money for the Wichita Heart Walk.  Each year the American Heart Association hosts the Wichita Heart Walk to raise money for heart disease and stroke awareness.  The walk will take place at the WSU Campus on June 18th.                     Employees baked numerous goodies including cookies, cakes, popcorn and breads.  After a long day of fundraising we were able to raise $582.25!!!  Heartland’s goal is $1500.  If you would like to…
